This book (The Breadwinner) is related to real life because it's historical fiction. The Breadwinner is related to the real world of Kabul Afghanistan because in Kabul Afghanistan there's a lot of bombs going off here and there like in the book The Breadwinner. Also in Kabul Afghanistan all girls have to wear burqas like in the book also.
